Singapore Chilli Crab….

Chilli Crab is a mouth-watering signature dish of Singapore. Considered as the king of all crab dishes, it is served with the shell on and is eaten with bare hands. Singapore Chilli Crab is commonly made by stir frying hard-shelled mud crabs in a semi thick tomato and chilli based sauce. Despite its name, the dish is not too spicy, however eating chilly crab can be a little messy. Almost all major sea food restaurants in the country serve this dish.
